A video created based on a live Pecha Kucha presentation performed in 2009 in Greenville, SC. It summaries a process of building healthy communities that starts with recognizing ones own biases, assumptions, and "unproductive" dichotomies. The message is that we should get away from trying to just "fix" people or solve "problems" and do more to create meaningful, barrier breaking relationships, and manage "polarities" or our perceived differences and "liberate the potential" of people. Whatever the outcomes that result from that process are likely to be more sustainable and met with less resentment if the process is allowed time and space to work.
