Bon Secours Richmond Senior Outreach developed a community based outreach model for seniors living in Church Hill. The Senior Ambassador Council serves as a form of outreach and advocacy that provides information, education, community engagement, social networking, and support for seniors. Members come from local churches, senior centers, civic groups, and community agencies.
